Compensation: Year 1 OTE $70-100k (includes a base salary as well as commissions.)

Purpose

The position is tasked with advising healthcare professionals that are considering the opportunity to lease, purchase or sell commercial real estate. The successful candidate will expand and leverage client and partner relationships with a focus on creating opportunities.  Works closely with an experienced peer group of sales consultants, lease negotiators and marketing advisors.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the clients’ requirements and economic capabilities in order to identify appropriate commercial property opportunities suitable for the establishment of their practice.
  • Provide financial information, legal guidelines, bylaw and zoning specifications, market and analytical data to the potential buyer or seller.
  • Mediate the dealings between property owner and prospective buyer/tenant, ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding.
  • Prepare property evaluations and letters of opinion by thoroughly researching relevant market data and leveraging proprietary knowledge base.
  • Present properties to potential buyers/tenants and address questions or concerns; coordinate property tours, auctions or exchanges; generate and manage lists of properties for sale or lease.
  • Identify key buying influencers and timelines to close the deal.
  • Build and cultivate prospect and partner relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to position future opportunities.
  • Provide leadership and guidance as an internal and external consultant regarding Cirrus’ services and leveraging market and industry best practices to expand client relationships.
  • Collaborate and network with contractors, property inspectors, attorneys, and other external stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate will possess

  • Bachelor’s Degree related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Licensed real estate sales representative.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
  • At least 2 years’ proven working experience in commercial real estate.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM Software preferred.
  • Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively.
  • A proven track record of strong client relationships and ability to manage time.
  • Outstanding people skills, trustworthy, and results-driven with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to professionally and comfortably interact with clients.
