Compensation: Year 1 OTE $70-100k (includes a base salary as well as commissions.)

Purpose

The position is responsible for maintaining existing business and creating new business opportunities to achieve monthly sales targets. Use consultative method with decision makers to present Cirrus’ products and services and answer questions regarding pricing and solutions.  The successful candidate will expand and leverage client and partner relationships with a focus on creating opportunities.  Works closely with an experienced peer group of lease negotiators, marketing and sales operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media.
  • Follow up on leads, conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points during the discovery process of the sales call to show how Cirrus’s solution speaks to those needs.
  • Identify key buying influencers within these prospects and timelines to close the deal.
  • Build and cultivate prospect and partner relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and grow the sales pipeline with the objective of consistently meeting quarterly revenue goals.
  • Manage data for new, prospective, and existing clients in Salesforce.com, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
  • Work with sales operations team to understand pipeline of existing opportunities and analyze sales reports and dashboards, taking appropriate action as outlined in the sales process.
  • Provide leadership and guidance as an internal and external consultant regarding Cirrus’ services and levering sales/dental experience to expand client relationships.

Our ideal candidate will possess

  • Bachelor’s Degree related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in the healthcare or real estate industry preferred.
  • 2 years’ experience in a client service environment is a plus.
  • Expert proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM Software preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
  • A proven track record of strong client relationships and ability to manage time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to professionally and comfortably interact with clients.
